About The Wellness COllective
The Wellness Collective was founded on a simple premise: that the best professional training doesn't just give you information it gives you an experience.
Experiential learning means you don't just hear about grief, shame, or somatic awareness. You move through it. You make something. You sit in a circle with other practitioners and feel what your clients feel. That's the difference between knowing a concept and being able to hold it with someone else.
Our workshops draw on creative arts therapy, somatic awareness, and Gestalt and relational approaches to create learning environments that are rigorous, embodied, and genuinely useful — in the room, with real clients, in the world as it actually is right now.
All workshops are accredited to meet the continuing education (CE) requirements for Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, Psychoanalysts, and Creative Arts Therapists in New York State.
